Where will you travel to?

We're based in Port Albert, North Auckland, and travel is free within a 50km radius - Waipu to Puhoi. Olive loves to travel and explore the sights of the North Island so contact us to discuss pricing to get Olive to your event. 

Can you provide the alcohol?

We are a non-licensed business, meaning that you provide the drinks and we provide the service. We can help with sourcing the best deals and working out the best options for you in terms of what you want us to serve be it spirits, craft beer, French champagne, signature crafted cocktails/ mocktails, or anything in between. We can help you calculate the right amount so that the bar doesn’t run dry but that you are not left with excessive left over at the end of the day.

Why don't you provide glassware?

After chatting with various venues and caterers we realised that many packages already include glassware, so we have excluded glass hire from our package prices to avoid doubling up. For health and safety reasons we are unable to wash and reuse glasses at the event.

While we don’t carry our own glassware we can help you source the right glassware for the occasion.  We'll pick up and drop off for free, passing our awesome hire rates on to you.

What will your team do?

We are committed to providing the best quality experience for you and your guests so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Our awesome trained staff will turn up, set up, smile, and be ready to serve your guests before the specified start time.   They will serve guests from the caravan keeping them happy and refreshed for the duration of the event. And at the end, pack up taking all Olive-related rubbish with them. 

Will you help clean up?

If we are not too busy our helpful staff can help clear tables.  We clean up and take all Olive related rubbish with us.  It is the host’s responsibility to dispose of bottles etc.

What else do you provide?

Olive is set up with plenty of storage, bar, counter and hand basin with solar lighting.

We provide water for your guests throughout service.  We also include our own bar tools and cleaning products.

For serviced events, we provide 2x 70L chilly bins and enough ice to keep your drinks chilled for the duration of the event.  If you need additional cooling for drinks we recommend you hire a drinks cooler.  We can help organise this for you.

Do you make cocktails?

We love to create delicious cocktails for your guests but please discuss with us what you have in mind. Extra charges may apply to our standard package rates depending on the amount of cocktails served, preparation time and complexity. 

Can Olive come to the party alone?

Olive's entourage is there to make your party super easy and successful, but she can come to the party on her own and stay over in certain circumstances. If you have your own staff this may be the option for you. We deliver Olive ahead of time and set her up ready to go. You secure her at the end of the event and then we return to take her home the next day. Get in touch and see whether this might be an option for your event.

What about Decorations?

We will set up Olive with a little styling, and a couple of bar stools, if you wish you can add some finishing touches such as your own floral arrangements, our choose some additional props from our extras section or our hire partners.  Olive is a beautiful neutral off white, prefect for adding your own branding for corporate events or product launches. 

How can I confirm my booking?

Once your finer details are decided, we'll send you an invoice outlining your booking, along with a booking agreement to sign. A 20% deposit will secure your date and then the remaining balance won't be due until the week before of your event. As we can only take one booking per day, deposits on cancelled bookings are non-refundable.

Do we need to supply power?

Nope! Olive is completely self sufficient. But if you are wanting to use her swoony festoony lights outside, power will be required.

How much space do we need to provide?

We know a lady shouldn’t talk about her weight, but Olive is a hefty lass. Taking in to account the drawbar, you need to allow around 5m in length, and 2.5m in width. If you are concerned about her not squeezing into your space, contact us and we'll help work it out.
